I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic, allowing easy travel around Berlin, the room left much to be desired in terms of comfort, especially with the stifling heat. The service was also hit or miss, with some staff being quite unhelpful. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but there are significant areas needing improvement.
